　　近日，由吉林省基础地理信息中心承担的吉林省1980西安坐标系至2000国家大地坐标系整体转换系统项目通过专家验收。该项目建立了吉林省范围内统一的1980西安坐标系至2000国家大地坐标系整体转换的数值模型，坐标转换精度达到厘米级。专家组认为，项目成果理论依据正确，技术路线科学合理，达到项目预期目标，实现了将控制点、地形图由1980西安坐标系向2000国家大地坐标系的转换，完全满足基础测绘工作需要，成果具有创新性。同时，系统还具备地形图图廓坐标转换改正数的计算功能，为4D测绘产品的坐标系统转换提供了数据基础。
