2月24日上午，国家测绘局党组书记、局长徐德明主持召开党组会议，迅速传达学习中央贯彻实施《中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则》（以下简称《廉政准则》）电视电话会议和中共中央政治局常委、中央纪委书记贺国强同志重要讲话精神，要求测绘系统各单位和广大党员领导干部切实把思想和行动统一到中央对领导干部廉洁从政的部署和要求上来，努力推动测绘系统党风廉政建设和反腐败工作。

　　徐德明指出，中央召开的这次电视电话会议十分重要，对于贯彻实施《廉政准则》，促进党员领导干部廉洁从政，深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败工作具有重要指导意义。中央颁布的《廉政准则》，对党员领导干部廉洁从政行为作出了新的规范，提出了新的要求，是我党运用创新理论指导党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的实践成果，是坚持党要管党、从严治党方针，加强对党员领导干部教育、管理和监督的现实需要，是加强反腐倡廉制度建设，完善惩治和预防腐败体系的重要举措，是加强和改进新形势下党的建设，促进经济社会又好又快发展的重要保证，体现了继承和创新、治标和治本、原则性和可操作性的统一。
