　　2009年，海南测绘局在国家测绘局、海南省委省政府的领导下，全局干部职工紧紧围绕服务经济社会发展的中心工作，团结奋进，真抓实干，全面实现了年初制定的各项工作目标。在测绘公共服务、基础测绘项目实施、测绘统一监管、测绘科技工作等方面取得了可喜的成绩。全省全年实现测绘服务总值为1.58亿元，比上年增长49.73%；局属各单位全年完成测绘服务总产值4290多万元，比去年同比增长18%。会议表彰了4名优秀公务员及直属单位42名先进工作者。

　　会议对2010年的主要工作做出部署。一是全力服务海南国际旅游岛建设；二是加快海南省地理空间信息公共平台建设，构建海南国际旅游岛数字地理空间框架；三是科学编制测绘事业“十二五”发展规划，确定“十二五”海南省测绘事业发展的总体要求、发展目标和重点任务；四是全面推进测绘工作统一监管，完善市县测绘管理机构和体制，加强测绘成果保密和使用的统一监管，加强测绘成果质量监督管理；五是稳步推进基础测绘工作，认真做好西部测图工程、1:5万数据库更新、海南1:1万数据库更新、地理信息公共服务平台建设等重点测绘项目的实施工作；六是大力推动地理信息产业发展，积极鼓励和引导国内外知名地理信息企业进驻海南，推动海南地理信息产业的发展；七是积极推进测绘科技进步，进一步完善测绘科技创新体制机制，组织实施好各类科技项目，加强测绘科技成果的集成、转化和推广应用；八是切实强化测绘人才队伍建设，完善干部人事管理制度，采取学习培训，换岗锻炼、挂职等方式，全面提高测绘队伍整体素质；九是切实重视加强测绘文化建设。发展测绘文化内涵和形式，丰富职工的文化生活，关心职工生活，推进精神文明和测绘文化建设；十是围绕测绘中心工作，突出宣传重点，抓好宣传“亮点”，加大对测绘工作的宣传力度。
