近日，国家基础地理信息中心对三位职工给予困难救助，救助金额合计近5万元。

　　多年来，该中心本着以人为本的理念，把构建和谐融洽、积极向上的内部氛围作为重要工作内容。在多年实践的基础上，2009年底制定印发了《职工困难救助管理暂行办法》，帮助困难职工和家庭度过难关，体现中心这个“大家庭”的温暖。该办法的出台标志着中心对困难职工救助机制进一步完善，也使中心在困难职工救助管理工作上迈出了重要一步。

　　大家反映，对三位困难职工的救助体现了中心对职工的关怀，在这样的单位工作越干才越有劲。大家表示，要以主人翁的姿态为建设和谐中心贡献力量，为单位又好又快发展加倍努力工作。
