（2月2日）召开的全省测绘工作会议上了解到，陕西省将重点扶持卫星导航等地理信息产业发展，使之成为陕西省新的产业增长极。国家测绘局副局长宋超智，陕西省副省长郑小明出席会议。

    地理信息产业是以测绘、航天航空遥感、地理信息发布和卫星导航为主要服务内容的一项新兴产业，在政府应急、环境保护、交通运输、林业和水利等领域有着广阔的发展前景。

    省测绘局副局长王晓国： （出录音）人类85%的活动都与地理信息有关，地理信息是我们国家重要的战略性和基础性资源，可以说呢，地理信息产业是我们经济社会信息化的一个重要基础和支撑。

    近年来，地理信息产业发展迅猛，微软、谷歌等全球ＩＴ 巨头相继推出基于互联网的地理信息产品。随着私家车的普及和3G的广泛应用，我国地理信息产业也呈现出快速发展的趋势。去年，我国地理信息产业总规模达到750亿元，今年有望突破1000亿元。在今后几年中，我省将通过政策引导和市场监管，把陕西省地理信息产业的科研优势转化为产业优势，实现陕西省地理信息产业的跨越发展。

    王晓国： （出录音）咱们省的科技测绘实力，在全国至少是前三，下一步我们对这个产业发展进行规划，就是要丰富我们的地理信息资源。我们从政策上进一步引导，技术上的支持，搭建科技创新和人才培养的平台。

    In recent years, geographic information industry has rapidly developed, Microsoft, Google and other global IT giants have launched Internet-based geographic information products. With the popularity of private cars and the extensive use of 3G, China's geographic information industry has also shown rapid growth trend. Last year, the total scale of China's geographic information industry 750 billion, is expected to exceed 100 billion yuan this year. In the next few years, the province will be through policy guidance and market regulation, the geographic information industry in Shaanxi Province, research advantages into industrial advantage, Shaanxi Province, to achieve a leap in the development of geographic information industry.
