近期，辽宁省测绘局分别在大连市、丹东市、葫芦岛市举办了三期全省测绘资质复审换证培训班，并就全省测绘资质复审换证工作进行了部署。

　　培训班学习了国家测绘局、省测绘局关于测绘资质复审换证的范围、方式、工作程序及复审换证工作的有关政策，并就《测绘资质管理信息系统》的使用和操作进行了培训。

　　此次复审换证共分五个阶段，即部署准备阶段、上报材料阶段、受理初审阶段、审批发证阶段、总结阶段，并将首次在全省实现测绘资质网上申报、受理、审查。预计这次复审换证将于今年8月底结束。

　　全省各市、县测绘行政主管部门、600多个各等级持证测绘单位负责人，共630多人参加了培训。

Cities within the province and county administrative departments of surveying and mapping, surveying and mapping more than 600 unit holders of each grade were a total of 630 people attended the training.
