青海省测绘局在加强测绘文化建设中，丰富测绘文化建设的内涵，广泛开展以“测绘精神”为主题的劳动竞赛、质量评比、技能提高等竞赛活动，开展丰富多彩的职工文娱活动，使精神文明建设走向深入。

　　青海省测绘局各部门、局属各单位协调配合，党政齐抓共管形成合力，组织、制度、经费三落实，使全局精神文明建设跨上一个新台阶。举办第十四届“测绘文化周”活动，首次把测绘基本技能和野外生活保障设为竞赛项目，设置了内外业一体化测图、内业制图和架帐篷比赛、演讲比赛、爬山比赛等项目，既增强了职工的凝聚力和向心力，又锻炼了职工的测绘技能，极大地丰富了职工业余文化生活。

　　同时，该局还开展一系列有益于职工身心健康的文体活动。全局女职工迎“三八”爬山活动，参加省国土厅系统演讲比赛、工会女职工理论征文活动和“庆国庆60周年”诗歌朗诵会、歌咏比赛，组织局劳模参加省国土厅系统庆“五一”劳模座谈会，参加省厅省直工委举办的“大美新青海、辉煌六十年”省直机关职工摄影作品展，并有两幅作品取得了名次。另外，积极组织作品参加国家测绘局精神文明办公室举办的测绘系统网上摄影展，开展了青海省测绘局庆建国六十周年全民健身活动。局属各单位在文化娱乐基地建设上，加大物质和经费投入，先后自发成立了合唱队和摄影兴趣小组等。

　　这些活动的开展，对陶冶职工情操、建设和谐单位产生了积极的促进作用，极大地推动了该局精神文明建设的健康发展。
