1月26日下午，江苏省测绘局召开会议，传达学习胡锦涛总书记在中央纪委五次全会上的重要讲话和十七届中央纪委五次全会精神，贯彻落实省纪委十一届六次全会精神，部署局系统2010年党风廉政建设任务。

　　会议认为，十七届中央纪委五次全会和省纪委十一届六次全会是一次十分重要的会议。胡锦涛总书记的重要讲话，从党和国家事业发展全局和战略的高度，全面、科学地分析了当前反腐倡廉形势，明确提出了今年党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的总体要求和主要任务，着重阐述了加强反腐倡廉制度建设的重要性、紧迫性和基本要求，对进一步统一思想认识，坚定工作信心，加强和改进新形势下党的建设，深入开展党风廉政建设，具有重大而深远的意义。省纪委十一届六次全会，紧密联系江苏实际，结合党风廉政建设面临的新形势、新任务、新要求，提出了认真学习领会，深入贯彻落实的要求，全面部署了反腐倡廉建设任务。

　　会议指出，去年以来，局系统认真贯彻落实中央和省委的决策部署，围绕中心、服务大局，坚持标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防的方针，狠抓各项工作落实，党风廉政建设和反腐败工作取得了十分明显的成效。

　　会议要求，全局党员领导干部，要深刻认识加强和改进新形势下党的建设的重要性和紧迫性，正确认识党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争形势，准确把握深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的总体要求和重要举措，准确把握加强和改进党的建设的新部署、新要求，切实把思想和认识统一到中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设的战略部署上来，统一到省委关于做好当前各项工作的总体要求上来，统一到省纪委关于加强党的作风建设和反腐倡廉建设的要求部署上来，以高度的政治责任感和历史使命感，推动全省测绘部门党风廉政建设和反腐败工作取得新突破、实现新发展。各级领导班子成员要带头学习，深入领会全会精神，带头执行党风廉政建设各项制度，切实增强反腐倡廉的意识；要结合局实际，进一步加强反腐倡廉制度建设，增强制度的针对性、有效性和防范性，推进全局党的建设不断深入。

　　会议强调，做好2010年反腐倡廉各项工作，要深入贯彻党的十七大和十七届四中全会精神，要把学习贯彻中央纪委五次全会和胡锦涛总书记重要讲话精神作为当前和今后一个时期的重大政治任务，按照中央纪委五次全会和省纪委的部署，坚持标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防的方针，着力完善惩治和预防腐败体系为重点的反腐倡廉建设，着力解决干部职工反映强烈的突出问题，着力抓好局系统反腐倡廉制度的落实，着力抓好领导干部廉洁自律；着力加强纪检干部自身建设，努力建设一支高素质的纪检监察干部队伍，确保全局系统不发生腐败案件和腐败人员。
