　1月18日下午，江苏省人大环资委主任陶培荣，副主任陈胜海、陈裕斌等领导到江苏省测绘局考察指导工作。

　　考察组听取了江苏省测绘局领导关于全省测绘法制建设和依法行政的工作汇报，以及近年来江苏省基础测绘生产、测绘科技创新和成果应用服务等方面的情况介绍，观看了测绘成果应用服务演示，实地察看了测绘数字化作业机房和省连续运行卫星定位参考站综合服务中心。

　　陶培荣说，随着经济社会发展和新技术的应用，测绘工作服务领域越来越广泛，测绘工作的基础性和重要性越来越突出。一是表现在测绘工作的服务保障性，测绘工作与经济建设、人民生活息息相关，已融入到社会生活的方方面面。二是体现在测绘工作的科技性，随着传统测绘向现代测绘转型和向信息化测绘迈进，测绘手段越来越先进，测绘成果科技含量越来越高，数字化测绘成果在全社会得到广泛应用。三是表现在测绘工作的社会性，通过测绘成果的共建共享，使人们生活和工作更加方便，尤其是省测绘局服务经济建设、服务人民生活、服务国土系统，做到了小部门、大作为，小行业、大贡献。陶培荣表示，省人大环资委将一如既往地关心支持测绘工作，关心支持省测绘局履行职责，通过测绘执法检查等举措，进一步强化测绘工作统一监管。陶培荣希望省测绘局进一步加强测绘统一监督管理力度，推进测绘依法行政，加大测绘科技创新和投入，提高测绘服务能力和保障水平，更好地为“全面达小康，建设新江苏”做出更大贡献。
