近日，湖北省第二测绘院认真学习贯彻落实中国共产党第十七届中央纪律检查委员会第五次全体会议和胡锦涛总书记重要讲话精神。

　　该院认为，胡锦涛总书记的重要讲话，对于加强和改进新形势下党的建设，把党风廉政建设和反腐败工作提高到新水平具有重大而深远的意义。

　　该院要求，一是统一思想，提高认识。要牢牢把握党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的正确方向，深刻认识反腐败斗争的长期性、复杂性、艰巨性，把思想统一到中央的认识和判断上来，统一到中央的部署和要求上来，以更加坚定的信心、更加坚决的态度、更加有力的措施、更加扎实的工作，推进党风廉政建设和反腐败工作。二是加强学习，注重教育。领导干部要坚持围绕中心，服务大局，把维护党的政治纪律放在工作首位，深入学习领会中央、湖北省、国家测绘局以及省测绘局有关党风廉政建设的文件精神，以党性党风党纪教育为重点，严以律己，大力弘扬党的优良传统和作风，讲党性、重品行、做表率。三是结合实际，加强监督。要以制约和监督权力为核心，以提高制度执行力为抓手，充分发挥各方面的职能作用，凝聚力量，形成防腐倡廉建设的整体合力，认真执行和不断完善各项监督机制，加强对干部提拔、生产经营、财经财务等方面工作的监督管理，防止在用人、用权上以权谋私，把制度转化为党员、干部的行为准则和自觉行动，不断增强拒腐防变能力和反腐倡廉工作水平。
