福建省漳州市国土资源局自2010年1月起，在全市开展为期一年的测绘规范化建设年活动。开展此项活动，旨在解决当前测绘活动中存在的不依法依规、不按专业技术标准施测和一些测绘人员法规意识、标准意识淡薄等问题。

　　此次活动的对象为漳州市、县国土资源局的测绘管理人员及在漳州注册的测绘单位全体人员。活动分为准备、实施、考评、总结四个阶段，通过开办讲座、自学、讨论、知识竞赛等形式，组织测绘工作人员学习测绘法律法规及测绘专业技术标准；各有关单位对照测绘法律法规、国家测绘主管部门和省政府规章以及市政府的规定和省、市、县测绘行政主管部门依法提出的要求，深入查找薄弱环节，研究提出具体的措施，自觉进行整改；漳州市国土局建立专用电子信箱，随时接受发生在本市的测绘违法违规问题的举报，并由漳州市国土资源局执法监察支队和市测绘管理站联合查处，典型案件通报全市，公开曝光。实施阶段结束后，漳州市国土局将组织考评组对各有关单位的活动开展情况进行考评，表彰先进单位和个人，对组织不力，效果不好的单位限期补课和整改，并将考评结果与2011年的测绘资质年度注册挂钩，严格奖优罚劣。
