　1月15日，国家基础地理信息中心召开2009年度工作总结表彰大会。会议对中心2009年工作进行了全面总结，表彰2009年度先进个人，提出了2010年工作思路，

　　2009年，该中心以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入学习实践科学发展观，解放思想，开拓创新，以国家重大测绘工程项目组织实施为牵引，积极探索丰富与整合基础地理信息资源的新模式，强化服务应用，为经济社会发展提供了可靠、适用、及时的测绘保障，为“保增长、保民生、保稳定”做出了积极贡献。回顾这一年，中心工作亮点突出，硕果累累,主要体现在“五个新”，一是资源建设取得新进展；二是应用服务收到新成效；三是中心班子进行新调整；四是工作环境有了新改善；五是文明建设取得新成绩。

　　2010年，该中心重点抓好六个方面的工作：一是统筹协调，进一步扩展、完善主节点服务系统功能，开展应用开发示范，探索共享合作机制，积极推进公共服务平台建设。二是突出重点，继续抓好927工程、1:5万数据库更新、航摄管理等重大工程的组织实施，做好现代测绘基准工程的实施准备。三是创新工作方式，开展试行水印技术及打印出图的调研和试验，积极参与测绘应急体系建设有关工作，建立基于平台的快速出图系统，继续做好“窗口”服务与应急服务。四是通过国家863重点科技项目“全球地表覆盖遥感制图” 等的实施，广泛收集资料，加强战略储备，着眼长远，丰富地理信息资源。五是完成新聘期岗位聘用工作，积极推进以测绘精神为核心的文化建设，开展形式多样的职工文化活动，促进单位和谐进步。六是创新体制，继续做好地理信息高技术公司的筹建工作，推进公司有效运行。

　　会议要求，一要解放思想，理清思路，做好中心“十二五”规划编制，明确发展目标；二要加强对政治理论、测绘专业和现代管理等知识的学习，落实培训制度，培养高层次人才；三要狠抓落实，各部门要围绕中心的总体部署，明确责任，互相配合，注重实效，推动中心整体工作的开展；四要进一步完善安全保密、质量管理、财务管理等制度，确保安全。
