　　调研组参观了惠州市国土资源局服务大厅、土地和矿产交易大厅、廉政文化摄影展，听取了“全国三八红旗手”、该局服务大厅主任林飞燕关于文明服务情况的介绍。近年来，该局认真贯彻落实《建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系实施纲要》，把廉政文化建设、营造廉政氛围作为国土资源事业发展的基础工程，在着力推进廉政文化建设方面进行了积极的实践和探索，取得了显著的成效。

　　调研组与惠州市国土资源局进行了文艺联欢和形体艺术辅导等活动，并就如何深入开展廉政文化走进机关和基层，全面推进以“廉政思想教育、廉政主题活动、廉政办公空间、廉政文化艺术”为主要内容的“四廉”文化建设，着力营造风清气正、勤廉并举的机关和基层新形象展开了热烈讨论。
