近日，浙江省测绘局为保障反腐倡廉专题教育活动深入开展，提出明确要求。一要高度重视，充分认识开展反腐倡廉专题教育的重大意义。各级领导干部要积极主动参加这次专题教育活动，统一思想认识，提高思想境界，增强拒腐防变能力。

　　二要精心组织，务求专题教育取得实效。反腐倡廉专题教育要结合查处的典型案件，深入解剖分析，汲取深刻教训，做到警钟长鸣。要创新教育形式，丰富教育内容，认真开展“六个一”活动（即召开一次警示教育大会、观看一些警示教育教材、举办一场以反腐倡廉为主要内容的专题报告、组织一次法纪警示教育活动、开展一次以反腐倡廉为主要内容的专题读书学习活动、召开一次以反腐倡廉为主要内容的年度专题民主生活会）。通过专题教育活动，认真查找和着力解决党员干部特别是各级领导班子和领导干部在思想、工作、作风等方面存在的突出问题，健全和完善体制机制，做到以制度管人、以制度管事、以制度管权，努力拓展从源头上防治腐败的工作领域。

　　三要结合实际，不断深化反腐倡廉专题教育。开展反腐倡廉专题教育，要与学习党的十七届四中全会、十七届中央纪委四次全会和省委十二届六次全会精神结合起来，与学习先进典型结合起来，与局系统正在开展的岗位廉政风险防范专项活动结合起来，与推进当前各项工作结合起来，突出重点，狠抓落实，使反腐倡廉专题教育成为推进各项事业健康发展的重要政治保证。
