全军首家军区级科技创新工作站——兰州军区信息工程科技创新工作站，１７日在兰州挂牌成立。

    科技创新工作站是部队按照军民融合式发展理念，为集聚科研创新力量、研究解决执行多样化军事任务和适应信息化联合作战需要，建立的跨单位、跨部门、跨专业的高层次人才培养平台。

    ２０００年６月，解放军总参谋部依托驻西安地区的科研院所建立了全军第一家科技创新工作站，很快发挥出创新活力。随后，总参谋部又在郑州、沈阳、南京、合肥等地相继建立了一系列科技创新工作站。这些工作站吸纳了近千名优秀专家进站工作，对２００多个高精尖项目进行联合攻关，取得了显著的军事效益。

    为提升科研成果向部队战斗力转换速度、提高基层部队科技创新能力，２００９年初，根据总部指示要求，兰州军区确定依托近年来科研成果突出、技术密集、人才密集的兰州军区某测绘信息中心设立全军第一家军区级科技创新工作站。

    受领任务后，兰州军区某测绘信息中心立即展开各项筹建工作，并创新管理模式和运行机制，迅速聚集起一批在测绘信息、气象水文、通信、情报、机要等领域的优秀专业技术人才。截至目前，已有１６位军内外知名院士、３０名专家学者和２６个军地单位首批进站，围绕６项国家和军队重点科研项目展开联合攻关。

    兰州军区副参谋长、科技创新工作站管委会主任张志强介绍说，工作站的运行打破了单位界限、地域界限、军地界限，将最大限度地发挥多种专业领域高层次拔尖人才的团队集聚效应，对制约部队建设发展的“瓶颈”课题进行集中攻关，大幅提升部队科技创新的层次和质量。
