11月1日，国家基础地理信息中心组织有关专家对北京超图地理信息技术有限公司、武大吉奥信息工程技术有限公司、中国测绘科学研究院GIS所三家单位研发的国家地理信息公共服务平台主节点服务系统软件进行功能性测评。专家一致认为，三个单位的产品各有所长,但还需要进一步改进和完善。

　　专家指出，国家地理信息公共服务平台的主节点是国家地理信息公共服务平台最为关键、 重要的节点，将管理国家级地理信息数据资源，并承担省、市节点服务资源调度与监管总枢纽的任务，同时又是平台各类服务的总入口，将直接面向中央政府提供服务。为此，主节点服务系统软件整体技术架构必须合理先进并具有较强的开放性、可扩展性，底层支撑软件必须成熟稳定，同时产品的技术支持必须有及时、可靠的机制保障。

　　国家基础地理信息中心将按照国家地理信息公共服务平台总体要求，建立开放的环境与机制，鼓励、支持国内优秀软件企业参与平台软件研发。用一年的时间，对包括上述三个单位在内的多家国产自主知识产权软件，进行进一步补充测试、专项测试，逐步集成国内优秀软件产品相关模块为国家地理信息公共服务平台主节点服务系统软件，以便向国家各级政府、专业部门和全国企业、公众提供优质的地理信息综合服务。

To this end, the primary node, the overall service system software, an advanced technical architecture must be reasonable and have a strong open, scalable, low-level support for software must be mature and stable, while the product technical support must be timely and reliable mechanism to safeguard.


National Geomatics Center will be in accordance with the National Geographic Information the general requirements of public service platform, to establish an open environment and mechanisms to encourage and support domestic enterprises to participate in excellent software platform for software development. With a year's time, including the above three units for a number of domestic independent intellectual property rights, including software, to add further tests, special tests, step by step integration of the domestic outstanding software products related modules for national public service platform for geographic information service system the primary node software in order to national levels of government, professional departments and national enterprises, public geographic information to provide quality integrated services.
