日前，海南测绘局出台《进一步建立健全党组中心组学习制度的规定》（以下简称“《规定》”），进一步加强局党组中心组学习的制度化、规范化建设。

　　《规定》进一步明确了党组中心组的学习计划和个人自学、专题调研、集体研讨、交流通报等八个方面的内容。《规定》要求，局直属机关党办每年年初拟出本年度学习计划和阶段性学习计划，报局党组中心组组长审批；党组中心组成员要按照年度学习计划和阶段性学习计划要求，认真搞好个人自学，做到学习有体会、读书有笔记、指导实践有成效，按照审定的调研课题，组织撰写至少1篇能指导工作、解决实际问题的调研报告；要采取专题讲座、理论研讨等形式进行集体研讨，时间全年累计不少于4次，12天，学习研讨情况要以适当方式向干部群众通报。
