从没有一个硕士生到如今毕业到岗已17位,还有十几位正在攻读硕士或博士,短短几年间,新疆军区某测绘大队依靠科技强军的发展思路,走出了一条新的发展之路,极大地提高了作战能力。

　　2006年进入武汉大学攻读硕士的胡振龙,今年6月刚刚毕业回队,就对运用了多年的航测技术进行了改革,使过去需用两个多月时间完成的工作量,现在仅用一个月就能顺利完成,且质量有了很大提高。对此,胡振龙说:“我们经过实际工作后再入校攻读硕士课程时,是带着问题去读书。对过去在工作中遇到的知识特别留心,所以回来后解决问题也快。”

　　为鼓励更多的有志青年完成深造学习,大队制定了系列措施激发大家的学习热情。政治部主任廖正武介绍,大队对考上硕士研究生的官兵实行全额津贴并报销交通费,学习期间不影响调级调职,对承担研究项目的更在各方面给予大力支持。“我们就是想通过种种办法营造一个拴心留人的好环境。这也是我们这几年送出去学习的人员学成后,全都顺利回到部队继续工作的直接结果。目前,我们部队硕士研究生以上学历的比例在全军同类部队中已排升到前列,对实际工作完成带来了极大的促进作用。”
