Recently, the Chinese Academy of Surveying and Mapping Surveying and Mapping and the Academy of Military Science innovation base in China, jointly held a signing ceremony of cooperation agreements. State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping Min Yi-jen, deputy director, research and guidance of Academy of Military Sciences in Beijing, Vice Minister Wang Chao attended the signing ceremony, Major General and made a speech.

Min Yi-ren in his speech pointed out that military science services is an important task of the national mapping agency, the two sides early foundation for bilateral cooperation in the future of national mapping will continue to strongly support the work of surveying and mapping support for military scientific research, providing authoritative and reliable geographic information and technology service. Wang Jing-Chao thanked the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping support over the years and pointed out that this partnership marks a new stage of cooperation will effectively promote the military scientific research and information technology.


The two sides of this cooperation will be provided at the national mapping agency of the national basic geographic information data, based on the use of Chinese Academy of Surveying and Mapping E-government geographic information platform for joint operations research, and development of military research spatial information sharing system for military scientific theory, research, research support for joint operations.
