根据《玉溪市人民政府办公室关于开展玉溪市基础测绘中长期规划编制工作的通知》精神，为认真贯彻《基础测绘条例》，全面掌握基础测绘规划编制的方法、步骤、和要求，做好全市基础测绘中长期规划编制工作，近日，云南省玉溪市国土资源局和玉溪市发展和改革委共同举办全市《基础测绘条例》和基础测绘中长期规划编制学习培训班。

　　云南省测绘局有关专家进行授课，参加培训班的有各县(区)国土局、分局分管测绘工作的领导，负责测绘工作的科（股）长，市国土局机关有关部门、市执法支队、市地籍地产所负责人，市发改委、各县（区）发改委负责规划的科（股）长等单位人员共约60人。培训内容主要有《基础测绘条例》，市、县级基础测绘规划编制规程和实例；2000国家大地坐标系，云南省GPS C级网成果和测绘成果保密的相关规定。
