日前，四川省第三测绘工程院与什邡市城市管理办公室签订“什邡市城区地下管线普查”合同。这是该院继“都江堰市地下管线普查”后，承担的第二个灾后重建城市地下管线探测项目。该项目探测工作量为180公里，工期三个月，预计将在2010年1月完成。

　　四川省第三测绘工程院抽调精兵强将，选配优良设备，并组织项目人员认真学习《城市测量规范》《城市地下管线探测技术规程》等测量标准、规范以及相关文件，以确保任务圆满完成。该工程结束后，所取得的地下管线成果，将在北京市援建单位对什邡市灾后重建城市改造的规划中发挥重要作用。

Recently, Sichuan Provincial Academy of Engineering, Surveying and Mapping and the third in Shifang City Management Office concluded, "Shifang City Underground Pipeline Survey" contracts. This is the hospital following the "underground pipeline survey Dujiangyan City", the bear's second post-disaster reconstruction projects of urban underground pipeline detection. The project to detect the workload of 180 km, duration of three months, is expected to be completed in January 2010.

Sichuan Provincial Academy of Engineering, Surveying and Mapping transferred third crack, matching excellent equipment, and organization of project personnel to seriously study "urban measurement norms", "urban underground pipeline detection technology point of order" and other measurement standards, specifications and related documents to ensure that the task is satisfactorily completed. After the end of the project, the results obtained by underground pipeline will be aided in Beijing unit of Shifang City urban renewal planning for post-disaster reconstruction to play an important role.
