11月5日，湖北省测绘局召开专题会议，学习贯彻党的十七届四中全会和省委九届七中全会精神。

　　会议强调，机关和局属各单位班子成员要带头学习贯彻四中全会精神，认真领会四中全会的精神实质，确实做到“四个准确把握”。

　　会议要求,一要认真学习，加强理解，各级党组要采取多种行之有效的措施，辅导广大党员干部对全会精神进行学习。二要结合测绘工作的实际情况，加强局党建工作。三要加强领导班子和队伍建设。完善公开选拔、竞争上岗等竞争型选拔干部方式，加强年轻干部和妇女干部的培养。四是加强领导班子的思想建设工作，重点要加强领导班子思想作风建设、制度建设和政治理论建设。五要加强基层党组织建设。建立健全基层党组织，开展各种形式的党组织活动，充分发挥党员的先进模范作用。六要以学习贯彻四中全会精神为契机，根据当前工作，再鼓干劲，全面完成全年工作任务。
