[资料]徕卡DNA03的使用感受

     上海岩土工程勘察设计研究院有限公司,简称"上海岩土院",又称"上勘院".其中"上勘院"这三个字已经进行了商标注册.主要从事轨道交通监护以及其他高精密变形监测相关的测量工作.轨道交通主要包括磁浮,轻轨,地铁.

      由于工作的特殊性,目前,我们轨道交通监护的外业基本上都是在晚上24:00~凌晨3:30之间的三个多小时内完成.在使用光学水准仪时,由于眼睛疲劳,现场限差指标计算等原因,精度和速度很难满足我们的要求,而且一般需要6人/组:其中1人观测,1人记录,2人扶尺,2人照灯.所以使用电子水准仪必将成为我们工作的首选.

      轨道交通沉降监测对测量精度要求特别高,一般沉降速率变化大于0.5mm/d就要报警.自动化监测虽然能达到时间及精度上的要求,但是成本太大,使得不能完全替代人工测量的方法.通过比较分析,带着试试看的想法,我们于2008年06月份,从上海柏仕仪器有限公司买入了第一台Leica DNA03型电子水准仪.在使用了一个月后,先后又买入了4台DNA03型电子水准仪,总计5台Leica DNA03型电子水准仪,主要应用于轨道交通监护沉降监测项目中.

一,仪器先进,技术服务过硬

    1.1测量精度高

     采用相关法测量,达到了0.3mm/km的精度,最小读数显示达0.01mm.从对我公司已完成的实际测量成果进行统计,闭合差及其精度非常理想.

     1.2感光能力强

      特别适用于我们进行地铁监护测量,一般情况下,夜间,两把水准尺,只需一个照灯员站在仪器附近,就能满足光照条件,而且测量速度相当快.这样一个水准班组只需要1人观测,2人扶尺,1人照灯就能进行作业.我们的外业数据基本是在夜间进行采集的,DNA03超强的感光能力给我们数据采集节省了很多的时间和人力成本.实践证明,与传统水准仪相比,采用徕卡数字水准仪可以节省将近30%的工作时间,而且数据稳定准确.与我单位已有另一款电子水准仪器比较,相同2km线路,300个测点,时间节约近1个多小时且人员节约1人.

      1.3照明条件良好

      圆气泡有照明功能,在整平时提供了极大方便.屏幕可设置自动关闭照明;大屏幕均匀背光照明,从任何角度看都很清晰.为夜间测量带来方便.

      1.4全中文显示

       操作顺手,熟悉过程快.对于现在一线测量人员英文能力差这一现实情况提供了极大的便利.

      1.5调整前后视距方便

       在水准线路测量过程中,累计前后视距差及线路总长直接显示出来,方便外业测量时注意调整前后视距.

       1.6有仪器内部温度显示功能

        便于查看仪器温度是否与外界环境一致,降低温度不一致而造成的误差影响.

       1.7软件功能较为齐全

        Leica Geo Office办公软件(LGO)软件具有数据交换管理,软件上传,输出数据格式管理等功能.特别是能将数据输出格式设成象光学水准测量外业手簿那样显示,同时输出仪器编号,日期,温度,平差方法等等想要输出的任何相关数据及其格式.为内业数据整理带来了极大的方便.

 二,DNA03在使用工程中的几点问题及对应的处理方法.

     a,仪器自带数据输出格式过于简单,不实用

     处理方法:使用徕卡本地化水准网平差软件,可输出国家规范要求的数据报表.

     b,平差计算时,如同一JOB里面有不同线路进行平差,输出结果往往相互乱串.

     处理方法:不同线路放在不同的JOB里面,但是仪器对JOB的数量有限制,线路多时可通过编写特殊格式文件来解决.

     c,夜里,尺子光照太强不能测量.

     处理方法:用弱光并尽量光源远离尺子并改变照射角度.

1, equipment, advanced technology, excellent service

     1.1 The high accuracy

      1.2 photosensitive ability

       Especially applies to our measurement of the MTR custody, under normal circumstances, at night, two-foot level, just a member of standing lamps near the equipment, we can satisfy the lighting conditions, and the measurement speed was quite fast. Our data are largely outside the industry, collected at night, DNA03 superior ability to give us sensitive data acquisition saved a lot of time and labor costs.        1.3 good lighting conditions

       1.4 All Chinese display

  2, DNA03 in use in several engineering problems and the corresponding approach.

      a, native instrument data output format is too simple, not practical
