11月3日，海南测绘局直属机关党委举办党务工作培训班。局机关和各事业单位党支部的书记、副书记、委员近30人参加培训。

　　培训班传达学习了《中共国家测绘局党组关于学习贯彻党的十七届四中全会的意见》，并对各党支部如何贯彻落实国家局意见提出了具体要求。培训班对《海南测绘局党建工作目标考核办法》和《海南测绘局党建工作目标考核评分标准》进行了详细介绍，要求各单位认真学习党建考评项目与要素，掌握目标管理考核评分标准。

　　通过培训，参训人员反映深受启发，提高了对党建工作目标管理实用性和有效性的认识，明确了进一步加强和改进新形势下党建工作的思路和措施。
