日前，海南省发展与改革委员会下达海南省2009年财政预算内基本建设投资（第一批）计划，安排生产1：1万基础地理信息数据更新351幅图，约7000平方公里，涉及琼海市、儋州市、东方市、昌江县、定安县、白沙县、琼中县等地。

　　为了切实做好该项目的实施，海南测绘局要求相关单位要加大对项目的组织管理力度，做好生产组织与质量管理，确保项目按期、保质完成。牵头单位须全面履行工作职责，切实做好技术支撑和指导工作，加强项目的沟通协调，强化质量控制，确保项目按计划进度保质完成。

Recently, Hainan Province Development and Reform Commission issued in Hainan Province in 2009 fiscal budget for capital construction investment (first batch) program, arrange for production of 1:1 million in basic geographic information data update 351 maps, about 7000 square kilometers, involving Qionghai , Danzhou City, Oriental City, Changjiang County, Ding'an County, Baisha County, Qiongzhong County and other places.

In order to effectively do a good job of the implementation of the project, the Hainan Bureau of Surveying and Mapping requirements related units to increase the project's organization and management and good organization of production and quality management, and ensure that the project on schedule, shelf-life to complete. The lead unit must perform job duties fully and effectively providing technical support and guidance, enhance project communication and coordination, strengthen quality control to ensure that the project be completed on schedule durability.
