近年来，陕西省第二测绘工程院一直把加强测绘文化建设放在重要位置，坚持一手抓测绘生产，一手抓测绘文化建设，不断积极探索，创新形式，为测绘事业发展提供重要的思想保障和精神动力。主要做法：一是思想上高度重视。院班子以“弘扬光荣传统，传承测绘文化，促进单位和谐，推动事业发展”的历史责任感，认真学习国家测绘局下发的《关于加强测绘文化建设的意见》，深刻领会加强测绘文化建设的重大意义，掌握测绘文化建设的指导思想、丰富内涵、基本原则和总体要求。二是制度上给予保障。该院在广泛调研的基础上出台了《陕测二院关于加强测绘宣传工作的意见》，明确职责、落实人员、保障经费，并将上稿量纳入年度目标责任考核。三是形式上灵活多样。党政工团齐抓共管，充分发挥职工的主体作用，抓住法定节假日和重大活动纪念日，在单位和测区因地制宜地开展一些形式多样的文体活动。四是作用上成效显著。几年来，该院各项工作均取得了长足发展，单位凝聚力进一步增强，党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用得到了极大发挥，职工的积极性和创造性被极大地调动起来，全院上下呈现出蓬勃生机。五是广泛参与各种比赛。该院积极动员和组织职工参加陕西省和全国测绘系统举办的一些征文和摄影比赛，通过比赛弘扬测绘精神，结识新老朋友，找出自身不足。

　　该院将进一步学习贯彻国家测绘局《关于加强测绘文化建设的意见》，认真总结经验，积极探索加快测绘文化建设的方式方法，坚持“尊重历史、把握现在、激励未来”的测绘文化建设宗旨，为测绘文化建设做出更大贡献。

The hospital will be further study and implementation of the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping, "on the strengthening of cultural construction of the views of Surveying and Mapping," seriously sum up experiences, and actively explore ways to speed up mapping and cultural construction methods, adhere to the "respect for history and grasp the opportunity to inspire the future" cultural construction surveying and mapping purposes, for mapping and make greater contribution to cultural development.
