　10月21日，国内著名GIS软件集团中地数码集团在北京钓鱼台举行发布会，发布其自主研发的MapGIS K9新产品。

　　MapGIS K9是国家863计划重点攻关成果，在核心技术上取得多项重大突破：率先应用新一代面向服务的悬浮倒挂式体系架构技术，实现了纵向多层、横向网格的分布式体系结构，具有跨平台、可拆卸等特点；率先推出搭建式、插件式、配置式的新一代开发模式，实现了零编程、巧组合、易搭建的可视化开发；率先研制功能仓库管理技术，使任何单位及个人研制的符合服务组件标准的功能都可在MAPGIS K9的功能仓库下管理及应用，结合数据仓库技术实现了数据和功能双共享。
