[技术]DSZ3型水准仪补偿器的校正

DSZ3型水准仪的补偿器在同类产品中处于领先地位,其工作状态的正常与否对水准仪的测量精度有很大影响,因此,水准仪补偿器的校正是测量人员和维修人员应熟练掌握的技能。
   对DSZ3水准仪补偿器的检验:首先轻推位于后盖左下方的按钮,看补偿器是否卡死,如能正常抢劫,则证明补偿器没有卡死;然后用螺丝刀将后盖的三颗螺钉卸下,背后盖轻轻取下。对DSZ3型水准仪补偿器的校正可分为四个部分:
1. i角误差的校正
将仪器放于校正台上,调整圆水泡居中并将仪器整平,将仪器望远镜对准平行光管中心,看仪器十字丝与平行光管的十字丝是否重合,如不重合,则证明有I角误差,需要校正;如果两十字丝间相差超过20″,则可通过调整补偿器正面左方的螺钉来校正误差;若两个十字丝相差不足20″,则调整补偿器正面上方的螺钉即可。
2. 补偿精度(补偿范围)的校正
将仪器放于校正台上,调整圆水泡居中并将仪器整平,在仪器补偿范围内,倾斜仪器(即使仪器前高后低或后高前低),此时若仪器分划板十字丝高于或低于标准目标十字丝,则可通过调整补偿器正下方两悬垂的长螺钉来校正,直至调整到允许范围之内。
3. 补偿器零位的校正
将仪器放于校正台上,调整圆水泡居中并将仪器整平,若补偿器的补偿范围是30″,但当其误差为10″时,补偿器已不能正常工作,则证明该补偿器需进行零位校正,在补偿器正下方有一排四个的螺钉,中间有封漆的两个不可动,左右两边的两个螺钉可以调整补偿器的零位。
4. 补偿器交叉误差的校正
将仪器放于校正台上,调整圆水泡居中并将仪器整平,则在仪器补偿范围内倾斜仪器(即使仪器左高右低或右高左低),此时若仪器分划板十字丝高于或低于目标十字丝,则证明仪器有交叉误差,可通过调整补偿器左右两边偏上处的两颗小螺钉来校正,直至调整到允许范围之内

2. Compensation precision (compensated range) correction

3. Compensator zero correction

4. Compensator cross-error correction
