近日，由云南省测绘产品检测站和昆明理工大学、昆明市国土资源局等单位共同完成的“基于GPS技术的大地坐标系间的转换模型研究及其应用”项目获云南省政府科技进步三等奖。

　　该项目提出用改进的尺度参数法进行两坐标系的合理转换与评估，实现了地方局部坐标系与国家大地坐标系的转换，改变了原来各类工程建设控制网只能选择地方独立坐标系，而不能与国家大地基准统一的局面。项目研究转换GPS高程的方法，能减少模型误差，提高转换精度和转换计算效率。其研究成果能直接应用于西部高原地区的交通、能源、城镇建设、环境保护及矿产资源开发工作，无论在基础测绘还是在工程测量方面，都具较高的应用价值。该项目成果直接为“数字云南”和“数字中国”建设服务，对加快西部地区空间基础地理信息建设进程将起到重要作用。

　　该项目完成了一套功能齐全实用的软件，在老挝乌多姆赛省进行了实测生产，并广泛应用于云南地区的工程实践，取得了显著的经济效益。

Convert GPS elevation project research method can reduce the model error, improve conversion accuracy and conversion computational efficiency. The results of their research can be directly applied to the western highland areas of transportation, energy, urban construction, environmental protection and development of mineral resources, both in basic surveying and mapping, or engineering measurements, have a high application value. Results of the project directly to the "Digital Yunnan" and "Digital China" construction, the western region to accelerate the process of building a space-based geographic information will play an important role.


The project completed a set of functional and practical software, Laos Oudomxay Province, were measured production, and is widely used in engineering practice in Yunnan region has achieved remarkable economic benefits.
