Recently, Chongqing Municipal Geographic Information Center (Urban Remote Sensing Center) completed the 3500 square kilometers in Chongqing City Scope GEOEYE-1 satellite image acquisition and processing work, the first time, land use planning and construction of the entire range of high-precision satellite imagery coverage, and surface features legible, accuracy up to 0.5 meter. Currently, Chongqing has been used to start the main city of the data overall dynamics of urban construction land monitoring, a comprehensive understanding of the main city in 2009 and spatial changes in land use to provide information security for the city's urban and rural planning to provide data management support.
