日前，海南测绘局出台《海南测绘局测绘科技基金项目管理暂行办法》（以下简称《办法》）。

　　《办法》指出，局科技基金项目应是解决生产中关键技术问题、加快测绘科技成果向现实生产力转化，提高整体科技工作水平及测绘保障能力的项目。《办法》规定，局科技项目每年组织申报一次，采取单位申请、项目初审、立项评审、批准立项的方式进行。立项的基本条件包括：项目研究内容符合相关测绘科技发展规划；有较重要的技术价值、经济和社会效益，有利于提高测绘生产和管理水平，有利于提高测绘成果应用水平；研究目标明确、内容清晰、方法科学合理、具有创新性，且有较好的研究基础和数据资料条件，项目预算编制科学合理等。《办法》对科技基金项目的立项、实施、验收、经费使用以及科技成果等管理工作进行了具体规定。

　　《办法》的出台将进一步规范海南测绘局科技基金项目的管理，推进全局科技工作有序开展。

"Measures" of the project fund projects in science and technology, implementation, acceptance, use of the funds, as well as scientific and technological achievements such as managing the work of the specific provisions.


"Measures" will further regulate the introduction of the Hainan Bureau of Surveying and Mapping Technology Fund, project management, promote the global science and technology work to carry out an orderly manner.
