“污染源电子地图”公布3.5万个污染源，连小街巷餐馆也“抓”进去了

　　本报讯市民想了解自己周边区域的主要污染物是什么？要不了多久，您只要在家里轻点鼠标，就可以知道附近工厂的污染排放情况，甚至某条街上的个体餐馆的排放量都一目了然。昨天，记者从南京市环保局获悉，南京第一次全国污染源普查工作已完成并正接受国家验收。而此次普查情况将形成南京市的“污染源电子地图”。

　　全市污染源共有3.5万

　　据了解，自2008年2月以来，南京对全市所有排放污染物的工业源、农业源、生活源和集中式污染治理设施进行了全面清查，目前初步摸清了各类污染源的“家底”。

　　从本次污染源普查名录上可以看到，大到规模以上的工业企业，小到一条小街上的个体餐馆、理发店、印染店，其规模和污染物排放数量等都有详实记录。据初步统计，全市污染源数量共有3.5万余个。普查结果通过验收后将向社会公布，但不会作为对普查对象实施处罚和收费的依据。

　　而整个普查工作的“亮点”则是，环保部门将根据此次普查情况制作污染源地理信息系统，形成南京市的“污染源电子地图”。这样不仅可以加强监管，也便于市民了解污染源分布情况。

　　市民想了解自己周边区域的主要污染物是什么、量有多大，或者二氧化硫、粉尘等主要污染物在全市的空间分布情况是怎样的状况，都可以在电子地图上找到答案。相关负责人表示，针对污染源的布点和排量强度，环保部门还将根据此次普查情况污染源地理信息系统，形成一张南京的“污染源电子地图”。

　　“这相当于一个污染排放地图，南京市当前各类污染源的数量、行业和地区分布，都能在电子地图上得到体现。这样一来，对我们加强污染物排放监管、总量减排的落实，包括环境治理和整个经济社会发展，都将起到重要的推动作用。
