近日，河南省第五届学术年会新农村建设测绘服务保障分会在洛阳召开，重点研讨涉农测绘保障问题。

　　社会主义新农村建设是党在新时期提出的重大历史任务，为新农村建设提供必需的测绘保障，既是河南省测绘工作者义不容辞的责任，也是各级测绘主管部门服务大局、服务社会、服务民生的重要举措。会议围绕新农村建设测绘保障问题进行了学术交流和研讨，有关专家、学者作了学术报告。会议总结了省测绘学会2009年上半年工作，并对下半年工作作出部署。会议召开理事会，选出新任秘书长。
