日前，我省矿业权实地核查招标工作圆满结束，青海省地矿测绘院、西安煤航信息产业有限公司等8个单位中标西宁市、海东、海北州等10个矿业权实地核查片区，标志着青海省矿业权实地核查全面展开。

　　按照国土资源部统一部署、统一标准、统一进度的要求，为使青海省矿业权核查工作顺利开展，提高全省矿产资源勘查、开发利用水平和矿政管理能力，青海省国土资源厅相关部门将全省的探矿权、采矿权实地核查工作划分为10个片区。8月26日，青海省国土资源厅向具有乙级以上测绘资质的13家测绘单位发出邀标通知，截至9月1日投标的单位有12家。9月1日在青海省国土资源厅纪委的全程监督下，矿业权实地核查项目办公室组织了开标评标会议，由青海省矿产资源潜力评价和储量利用调查领导小组办公室最终确定的各矿业权实地核查片区中标单位包括青海省地矿测绘院、西安煤航信息产业有限公司、青海省第三地质矿产勘查院、青海绘源龙图科技有限公司、青海省第一测绘院等8家单位。

　　矿产资源是经济社会发展的重要物质基础，矿业权管理的水平高低直接关系到矿业经济能否健康稳步向前发展。这次矿业权实地核查是国土资源部一项重大战略部署，是我国实行矿业权管理以来进行的第一次系统实地核查工作，是加强矿业权科学管理、维护矿业权人合法权益、推进矿政管理政务公开、规范矿产资源勘查与开发秩序的一项重要举措。据了解，省国土资源厅和各州(地、市)国土资源局将于近期委托这些专业核查作业队伍，开始在全省范围内开展矿业权实地核查工作，并要求在2009年12月底按期完成。
