9月15日,对地观测技术国家测绘局重点实验室学术委员会第三次会议在北京召开。国家测绘局副局长李维森出席会议并讲话。
李维森在讲话中肯定了过去两年里实验室在科研和管理方面所取得的成绩,希望学术委员会的各位专家继续关心、支持实验室的建设,多提建议。对于实验室下一个阶段的工作,李维森要求结合国家重点实验室研究指南,把握实验室的中心方向,开拓进取,再接再厉,努力把实验室建设成为测绘领域国家级重点实验室。
会议听取了关于实验室2008年度开放基金、科学研究、基础设施建设以及2009-2010年主要工作等方面的汇报,审议了2009年开放课题申请,并针对2010年度课题申请指南的建议方向提出了修改意见。科技部基础司副司长、实验室学术委员会委员彭以祺介绍了国家重点实验室建设要点,针对对地观测技术国家测绘局重点实验室建设的有关情况进行了分析。实验室黄国满研究员与李海涛副研究员分别作了题为“复杂地形条件下SAR测图技术及应用”与“分布式解译系统与高性能遥感集群处理平台”的工作汇报。
September 15, Earth observation technology Laboratory of the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping Academic Committee at its third meeting held in Beijing. Li Weisen, Deputy Secretary for national mapping attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
Li Weisen affirmed in his address over the past two years, laboratory research and management achievements, the academic committee hoped that the experts continue to show concern and support laboratory building, with more suggestions. For the next phase of laboratory work, Li Weisen requires the incorporation of State Key Laboratory study guide, grasp the center of the direction of laboratories to forge ahead and make persistent efforts and strive to build itself into a laboratory area of National Key Laboratory of Surveying and Mapping.
The meeting heard about the lab opened in 2008 funds, scientific research, infrastructure building, and the 2009-2010 report on the major aspects of work considered the issue in 2009, opening up applications and application guide for the 2010 annual issue of the proposed amendments put forward direction views. Deputy Director, Division of Science and Technology-based laboratory Academic Committee, introduced members of Peng Qi State Key Laboratory of construction of the main points of earth observation technology for the State Key Laboratory of Surveying and Mapping Bureau of the construction of the situation analyzed. Li Haitao Huang lab full of researchers and each researcher made a presentation entitled "complex terrain conditions, SAR Mapping Technology and Application" and "Distributed interpretation of remote sensing systems and high-performance processing platform cluster" in its work. |
