经过1500多公里的长途跋涉，8月27日，国家测绘局重庆测绘院参与2009年西部测图工程的外业队伍安全抵达青海省玉树州，正式开展横断山脉区域的测图任务。

　　针对横断山脉地区地形割裂大、气候条件复杂等特点，汽车队提前做好出测准备，制定行车路线和应急预案。该院为进入测区的 9 台车辆购置和装备了各类备用配件和急救设备，对车载监控系统和车辆进行了全面检查，排除了车辆潜在故障。该院还规定了行车途中车辆的行进顺序、最高时速和联络方式，确保行车安全。

　　9月3日，该院在玉树州与陕西省测绘质检站监理召开了首次会议。该院西部负责人介绍了今年西部测图工程的生产组织、人员装备投入、前期培训、安全保障，以及生产实施计划等情况，双方对一些技术问题进行了探讨，并互留了通讯联系方式，为下一步工作的顺利开展奠定了基础。

September 3, grounded in Yushu Prefecture in Shaanxi Province with the Commissioner of Survey and Mapping Quality Supervision, Inspection Station held its first meeting. Person in charge of the hospital this year in western western mapping project of production organization, personnel and equipment inputs, pre-training, security, and the production of an implementation plan, and so on, the two sides discussed a number of technical issues, and leave each of the communication means for further work laid the foundation for the smooth development.
