9月22日，重庆市勘测院召开党委中心组会议，认真学习《中共第十七届中央委员会第四次全会会议公报》、《中共第十七届中纪委第四次全会公报》。

　　党的十七届四中全会是在国际形势继续发生深刻变化，我国处在进一步发展的重要战略机遇期召开的一次重要会议。会议审议通过的《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》，着眼于推动党的十七大关于党的建设总体部署的贯彻落实，重点研究解决当前党的建设中带有战略性、根本性、紧迫性的重大理论和实际问题，是当前和今后一个时期指导党的建设的纲领性文件。

　　会议要求全院广大干部职工认清形势，把握机遇，在巩固好前阶段学习实践活动成果的基础上，认真学习，深刻领会，全面贯彻十七届四中全会精神，为城市规划建设提供坚实的基础保障，进一步推进勘测事业更好、更快的发展。
