9月15日，广东省国土资源厅在广州举办全省测绘质量监督培训班。省各市国土资源局测绘管理科（处）负责人、质量管理工作人员、甲乙级测绘资质单位主管质量工作负责人以及部分丙级测绘单位质检人员共240人参加培训。

　　会议指出，近年来，广东省转变测绘质量监管的观念和方式，逐步实现从注重部门管理向注重行业监管转变，从注重结果监督向注重全过程监管转变，从被动管理向主动管理转变。从2008年度测绘质量检查情况和检查结果看，有些地方和单位存在工作被动、应付式开展工作、检查走过场、流于形式等现象。

　　会议强调，各测绘单位要牢固树立“质量第一”的观念，建立权责明确的质量责任制，健全质量管理体系、质量保证体系和管理机构，严格按照《广东省测绘质量监督检查实施方案》和《广东省测绘质量监督检查成果类检验补充方案》，重点加强对测绘单位生产经营行为、质量管理制度落实和最终测绘成果质量进行全程监管，建立健全相关工作制度和自我约束、自我监督的工作纪律，不准接受被检单位的红包、宴请和娱乐活动安排，不准由被检单位人员代替检查人员对检查结果签字、负法律责任。凡质量检查不合格的要在网上公布，接受社会监督。同时，将检查结果纳入测绘单位信用体系内容，对外公布，供社会和用户查询。

　　此次培训，将有利于推动全省测绘质量监管工作。
