前不久，自治区国土资源厅与乌海市政府正式签署了数字乌海地理空间框架建设项目共建共享合作协议，这标志着数字乌海地理空间框架建设项目在我市正式启动。
　　为推进数字城市、数字内蒙古及数字中国地理空间框架建设进程，在国家测绘局的指导、支持下，经自治区国土资源厅和市政府协商同意，双方共同合作开展“数字乌海地理空间框架建设”，并就合作事宜达成协议。
　　根据协议，自治区国土资源厅将与市政府合作构建乌海市地理空间框架，形成统一的、权威的乌海市地理信息公共平台，实现地理信息资源的共享和充分利用。自治区国土资源厅将“数字乌海地理空间框架建设项目”纳入数字城市地理空间框架建设推广工程，在各方面给予支持;乌海市政府负责项目的具体实施。项目建设的核心成果属乌海市地理信息公共平台，用于市政府各部门管理、决策与公共服务，同时作为数字中国、数字内蒙古地理空间框架的组成部分，纳入国家级、自治区级基础地理信息系统，用于政府宏观决策，实现中央、自治区、乌海三级共享。
