如何运用快捷、有效、权威的地理空间信息公共平台，承载我市经济社会文化等功能服务信息的资源共享，日前由市政府应急办公室组织牵头，26个政府部门参加了“烟台市应急信息系统填报及责任分工”研讨会。

自2006年我市被国家测绘局列为全国“数字城市地理空间框架示范项目”首批6个试点城市以来，我市已建成全市城镇地籍、土地利用现状、城区1：500地形图等数据库，为数字烟台地理空间信息公共平台建设打下了坚实的数据基础，尤其是为地名、地址数据建设提供了丰富的参考数据。

目前，烟台市“一张图”的服务管理模式体系基本形成，已开发完成的“烟台市地理空间信息共享服务平台系统”将房屋信息、楼层平台、规划建设等建设信息，用地规划，基础地形，植被，居民地等多层信息基于一张图显示。
