　　第一阶段是传统教育和座谈交流。局领导、各单位领导和青年职工进行了座谈。牛岸英局长介绍了全省测绘工作现状和进一步发展思路，语重心长地激励大家立足本职、志存高远、爱岗敬业、勇于创新。省地图院、省测绘工程院、省基础地理信息中心领导分别介绍了本单位的基本情况、精神风貌和历史变迁、发展现状、技术定位、主要成果、发展展望等。省测绘工程院省级劳模、优秀边陲儿女蒲天瑜，作为一名从事测绘工作几十年的老同志，声情并茂地讲述了野外测绘工作的苦与乐，感动了在场的每一个人。第二阶段是拓展训练活动。通过拓展训练，不仅让每一个人重新认识自我、挑战自我、超越自我，更重要的是通过拓展训练的团体项目，使大家增强了凝聚力和团结协作创新精神。

　　通过教育活动，新聘青年职工受益匪浅，对他们健康成长和对单位建设都有着深远影响。
