近日，为切实做好国庆期间的保障工作，湖北省测绘局下发《湖北省测绘局关于做好2009年国庆节前后有关工作通知》（以下简称《通知》）。

　　《通知》要求，局属各单位、机关各处室要提高认识，切实加强组织领导，把做好今年国庆节期间的维稳安全工作作为一项重要政治任务，抓紧、抓好、抓出成效。要坚持国庆节前后的值班制度，认真部署、精心安排、明确人员、落实责任，确保通讯24小时通畅。要加强预防，认真开展维稳安全宣传教育工作，做好对老干部、老职工、老党员的走访慰问工作。要进一步加大对不安定因素的排查分析和化解力度，确保全局稳定和谐。要加强对车辆和人员外出的管理，确保不发生人身安全事故。要做好秋季清洁卫生大扫除工作，以优美的环境、和谐的氛围庆祝新中国成立60周年。

　　《通知》强调，必须提高安全意识，加强保密工作，确保节日期间各类涉密信息的安全。要做好迎接省政府办公厅组织的国庆期间信息安全检查各项准备工作，在国庆节前对本单位网络信息进行一次专项检查，坚决防止失泄密事件的发生。要清醒认识当前疫情防控形势的严峻性，高度重视甲型H1NI流感等重大传染性疾病的预防工作，把重点放在强化预防措施上，及时制订和完善疫情防控应急预案。严禁以国庆之名铺张浪费，确保度过一个既隆重、热烈、喜庆，又节俭、安全、有序的国庆佳节。
