近日，河北省测绘局免费开放一批卫星定位综合服务系统测试期用户账户，对省内60余家测绘单位无偿提供使用。

　　河北省卫星定位综合服务系统经过近5年的建设，目前进入试运行阶段。经测试，该系统在河北省平原地区可以使用网络动态定位技术服务，定位精度可达平面5厘米，高程10厘米；在全省范围内可以使用差分定位技术服务，定位精度平面和高程均优于0.5米。该系统的运行使用，将改变河北诸多行业的地理信息技术应用状况,大大提高工作效率和数据精度，在经济建设、灾害天气预警、水资源开发利用、气象科研等诸多领域发挥重要作用。为保证系统的正常运行使用，省测绘局将对测绘单位有关人员进行培训。

　　河北省卫星定位综合服务系统是经省政府立项，利用北欧银行贷款建设的集数字通信技术、空间定位技术及多学科理论为一体的应用项目，包括基准站、数据通信系统、数据中心、用户等四部分。该系统将在河北境内建设基准站30个、数据中心1个。该系统服务对象为河北省境内测绘行业、气象行业、地质勘察、交通、水利及其它相关行业的应用部门，可提供全省范围内静态精确定位和平原区域实时动态定位服务。
