近日，湖北省直属机关工会工作委员会授予湖北省测绘局2007-2008年度“湖北省直机关工会工作先进单位”称号，授予湖北省测绘局朱志勋“湖北省直机关工会工作先进个人”称号。

　　近两年来，湖北省测绘局工会在省直机关工委工会和省测绘局党组的正确领导下，坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，全面贯彻落实科学发展观，按照新时期工会的总体思路积极开展工作，努力使工会服务于党的中心工作，团结和动员广大职工为该局的改革和发展做出了积极的贡献。

　　该局工会通过五项举措推进工会工作：一是领导重视，不断加强工会组织建设。二是以人为本，提高职工队伍素质。三是大力推行政务公开，加强内部民主管理。四是充分发挥工会作用，维护职工合法权益。五是抓好自身建设，提供有力保证。以创建“六型”机关为载体，大力推进全面建设，在全面推进工作和各项建设的实践中，充分发挥工会组织的积极作用，取得了令人满意的成果。
