湖北省第二测绘院认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院和省委、省政府关于维护稳定工作一系列重要决策部署，加强做好庆祝新中国成立60周年安全保卫和维护稳定工作。

　　该院要求，一要提高认识，高度重视。充分认识维稳工作的重要性和必要性，增强大局意识和忧患意识，为迎接新中国成立60周年创造和谐稳定的环境。二要认清形势，加强宣传。充分认清当前国际国内形势，利用各种有效途径和多种方式，加大宣传维稳工作力度，充分发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员干部的先锋模范作用，形成维护社会稳定的强大力量和牢靠基础。三要加强领导，强化职责。进一步加强组织领导，强化各方协调配合，形成维护大局稳定的强大合力。对可能存在的不稳定因素以及控制化解矛盾措施办法等进行专题研究部署，坚持“谁主管、谁负责”的原则，切实落实安全稳定工作责任制。四要关注民生，扎实工作。组织开展扶贫帮困送温暖活动，切实帮助困难职工解决实际问题，加强安全生产工作，以实际行动和优异成绩向新中国成立60周年献礼。

To fully understand the current international and domestic situations, using a variety of effective ways and a variety of ways to increase publicity holding stability and efforts to give full play to the role of grass-roots party organizations fighting force and exemplary vanguard role of party members and cadres to form a powerful force for maintaining social stability and solid foundation. Third, we must strengthen leadership, responsibility. Of potential instability as well as control measures and methods to resolve conflicts such as conducting a special study and plan, adhere to the "who's in charge, who is responsible" principle, the practical implementation of security and stability work responsibility system.
