　　专家组听取了项目研究报告，审阅了有关资料，经过质询和讨论，一致认为该项目成果基础理论依据正确，技术路线科学合理，具有一定的创新性，总体达到了国内先进水平，部分成果属国内首创，同意该项目通过鉴定。

　　该项目在吉林省西部地区3.5万平方公里范围内，采用残差模型法和CQG2000全国似大地水准面模型精化了该地区的似大地水准面模型，满足了1：10000测图工作的需要。并且首次将双线性内插法和三角形剖分法用于大范围内似大地水准面模型的内插，获得了较好的结果。所采用的正常高残差拟合方法，既顾及了似大地水准面模型的几何特性，又顾及了其物理特性。

　　该成果顺利通过专家鉴定，标志着在吉林省西部地区基础测绘更新工作中，可将像片平面控制点、高程控制点按统一要求，采用GPS技术进行观测，完全不用几何水准测量，将有效简化作业流程，降低劳动强度，减少野外工作量，大大提高作业效率，缩短外业作业周期。该研究成果还可推广应用于吉林省其他地区，在吉林省高精度、高分辨率动态的大地水准面模型建立之前，将发挥重要作用。

The project in Jilin Province in the western region within the 35,000 square kilometers, using residual error model method and CQG2000 national geoid model of refinement in the region and quasi-geoid model, to meet the needs of the work of 1:10000 mapping. For the first time the bi-linear interpolation method and Triangulation method has been applied within a wide range of quasi-geoid model interpolation, to obtain good results. Residuals used in normal fitting method, not only takes into account the quasi-geoid model for the geometric properties, but also take into account its physical properties.


Successfully passed the expert appraisal of the results indicates that the basis of surveying and mapping in Jilin Province in the western region in the update, you can photograph plane control points, elevation control points according to uniform requirements, using GPS technology for observation, we did not have standard geometry measurements, will effectively simplify the workflow, reduce labor intensity, reduce the workload of the field has greatly enhanced operational efficiency, reduce operating cycle outside the industry. The research results can also be used to promote other areas of Jilin Province, Jilin Province, high-precision, high-resolution geoid model of the dynamic prior to the establishment, will play an important role 。
