　　《新北京地图集》内容丰富、结构严谨；地图资料大量使用基础测绘成果，权威、准确、现势性强；图集表现形式新颖，首次以建筑物真形公开表示中心城居民地，增强了地图的真实感和图面表现力，在设计、编制及装帧方面，体现了科学性、艺术性和实用性的高度统一。

　　《新北京地图集》作为展示新中国成立60周年以来北京城市建设辉煌成就的地图作品，将为建设“人文北京、科技北京、绿色北京”起到广泛的宣传作用，并将成为社会公众工作、生活的实用工具书，将产生良好的社会效益。

September 9, Beijing Institute of Surveying and Mapping Design held a "New Beijing Atlas" experts will be assessed. The experts heard a report on the preparation of the atlas, examined the pre-press-like figure, after questions and discussion, agreed that "New Beijing atlas" for approval. The atlas will soon be available.

"New Beijing Atlas" content rich, well-structured; map data, extensive use of basic surveying and mapping results, authoritative, accurate, current potential and strong; atlas form of novel, the first time publicly that the building really shaped central city residential areas, enhanced map surface realism and expressiveness, in the design, preparation and binding, the expression of the scientific, artistic and practical high degree of unity.


"New Beijing Atlas" as the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China in Beijing since the brilliant achievements in urban construction, the map works, will build the "People in Beijing, Science and Technology Beijing, Green Beijing" has played a broad advocacy role, and will be a public work, utility of life book, will have a good social benefits.
