近日，吉林省测绘局依据《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》等法规，按照《国家测绘应急保障预案》和《吉林省突发公共事件总体应急预案》要求，制定了《吉林省测绘应急保障预案》（以下简称《预案》），印发省内各级测绘行政主管部门、各测绘单位，要求全省各级测绘行政主管部门做好本级测绘应急保障预案，为应对突发事件提供高效的测绘保障工作。

　　《预案》明确了测绘应急保障的范围、组织体系、保障措施等内容，在人力资源、技术、设备和测绘资料等方面做好了充分的准备，以应对突发事件，做出及时响应，保证应急工作对测绘的需要。通过应急保障工作的不断深入开展和体制机制的不断完善，吉林省将建成由省、市（州）、县（市）构成的测绘应急管理体制，以各相关测绘单位为后备的人力和技术储备，以及覆盖全省的1∶1万、1∶5万DOM、DEM、DLG基础测绘成果数据，县级以上城市1∶500、1∶1000地形图成果资料，形成完整的测绘应急保障体系。

　　《预案》的出台，标志着吉林省测绘应急保障工作步入了规范化管理轨道。《预案》的实施，将进一步提升测绘行业服务政府、服务社会、服务民众的测绘保障水平和工作效率，充分发挥地理信息资源优势，为建设和谐吉林、高效应对突发公共事件发挥测绘保障作用。

Emergency security work through the deepening and institutional mechanisms to carry out continuous improvement, Jilin Province will be built by the provincial, city (prefecture) and county (city) emergency management system, consisting of mapping, surveying and mapping units of each relevant human and technical back-up reserve , as well as covering the whole province of 1:1 million, 1:5 million, DOM, DEM, DLG results of basic surveying and mapping data, topographic maps 1:500,1:1000 cities above county level achievement data to form a complete mapping emergency security system.


"Plans," the promulgation of Jilin Province to protect the work of surveying and mapping into a standardized emergency management track.
