今年以来，河北省沧州市地税局使用全球卫星定位系统（GPS），精确测量各城镇用户土地使用面积，全面掌握土地使用税税源，公平税负，挖掘税收增收潜力，取得较好效果。经测算，增加应纳税土地150万平方米，预计增收税款350万元。

　　该局组织业务骨干和测绘队员一起，利用GPS对辖区内1100多个用地纳税户的土地进行实地测量。经各方确认后，将土地使用税计税面积和应缴税款录入沧州市地税局服务中心数据库，在电子地图上精确标注土地用户的使用面积，既保证了计税面积准确，使纳税方和收税方心里有数，又从根本上杜绝了“人情税”、“关系税”的发生。
