8月26日，黑龙江测绘局在荷兰国际地理信息科学与地球观测学院（ITC）短期培训的全体学员，参观了位于Apeldoorn市的荷兰国家地籍测量局，听取了地籍局的专家关于地籍管理、土地登记和测量制图等方面工作的最新进展和发展趋势的介绍，并观看了地籍在线门户网站的应用演示。

August 26, Heilongjiang Bureau of Surveying and Mapping in the Netherlands an international Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC) short-term training to all the students, visited the Dutch city of Apeldoorn is located in the State Cadastral Survey, listened to experts on cadastral offices in cadastral management, land registration and other aspects of surveying and cartography work in progress and the latest trends in presentation and watched the cadastral applications online demo portal.


       September 2, and visited the Geographic Information Industry Park in Heilongjiang Province, a strategic partner of the Netherlands Geographic Information Industrial Park (Geomatics Business Park), geographic information about the Netherlands Industrial Park of service providers. Netherlands Aerospace Research Laboratory experts detailed satellite imagery maps of the production and preparation processes, assigned to the park ARGOSS and Alkyon company from products, markets, technology and cooperation in four areas introduced the company's situation.
During the visit, course participants with their actual work with the relevant units of local experts in cadastral data confidentiality, terrain-building in the core database and geographic information industry development trends and issues in study and exchange views, and achieved good results.
